This project began with a design conversation with the Architect. Working closely with the homeowner resulted in a 12.72 KW system that is designed to offset 49% of the consumption. Because this was new construction, an estimate of the consumption was made using a LighthouseSolar consumption index.
After almost 4 years and consistent monitoring, we can show that the solar system has offset 50% of the home consumption. See the snap shot of our monitoring below:
